During the Nine Year Plan (1964-1973) “sixty percent of the
international funds of the Faith is used to assist the work of National
Spiritual Assemblies, to promote the teaching work and to defend the Cause
against attacks in many parts of the world. Without such help from the Bahá'í
world community many National Assemblies would be paralyzed in their efforts of
expansion and deepening.”
